Design of the 1st BRT Corridor for the Metropolitan Area of Asunción – Paraguay
Recommend and design all aspects of the BRT system initial phase which are necessary for its implementation.

- Operational design and sizing of the fleet for 4 trunk lines and 16 feeder lines (232,000 passengers/day)
- Physical design of all system components: 18 km of trunk corridor with dedicated lanes, 26 stations, 2 terminals and 1 maintenance depot

- System financial structure
- Assessment of environmental and social impacts and development of a mitigation plan
- Implementation and construction plan
- Drafting of tender documents for all business units in the system
