- Traffic study of a 134-km segment: 32 km in the West, and 102 km in the South and East segments
- Volumetric counts and origin/destination survey
- Determine average daily volumes at check points
- Determine origin/destination matrices for the baseline year
- Establish the economic growth scenario
- Determine future matrices and allocate them in a simulation model
- Determine volumes and tariff revenues for the concession’s timeline
- Analysis of the capacity and level of service of similar segments in the road
