Technical Studies to Identify Infrastructure and Support Services for a Shopping Street Complex in Downtown São Paulo

Analyze the feasibility of and suggest alternatives for the construction and operation of infrastructure to support the Shopping Street Complex in downtown São Paulo under a Public/Private Partnership program.
