- Characterization of the current road system, demand and bus terminal (Tergip) operations
- Setting the scenario for the implementation of the Viurbs program and characterization of the demand and operation of a new terminal
- Determining area trends (without the terminal), the impact of Viurbs, and the impact of terminal construction
