- Characterization of the development and information survey
- Setting up the simulation model after development of a geo-referenced network and of a database of annual average daily volumes obtained through field surveys
- Use of origin/destination matrices to depict the spatial pattern of trips between the traffic generating zones in the development’s area of influence
- Projection of future demand and design of the road system
- Proposal of road signage for internal roadways and access roads
